Hi! I’m Sarah!

I help busy women overwhelmed by their to-do lists get back their time, energy, and joy through somatic coaching and guided breathwork. As a recovering high-achieving perfectionist and former corporate Human Resources professional, I’ve spent my life studying the concepts of work/life balance and productivity -- yes, I AM that person that geeks out over planners for HOURS. 

I know you because I was you. I was ALWAYS busy; there was so much to do and too often I didn’t take time for myself. I thought if I could just work harder/faster/smarter - or schedule my day to the minute - it would relieve the stress, anxiety, and overwhelm I felt to accomplish everything and that I’d finally have time to enjoy life. 

Then in 2019, faced with mounting health issues, failing relationships, and unbalanced emotions, I had a wake up call that made me realize the way I was doing things wasn’t working for me. I decided to make BIG changes to reclaim my time, energy, and joy from the pressure cooker of my life. It’s my conviction that I learned the hard way - through YEARS of struggle and stress - so you don’t have to.

What is the actual SOLignment® Breath?

The breath itself is deeper and a little faster than your normal breath. It is much more gentle than most other breathwork modalities and it is designed to keep you in a relaxed state. It is only done for a short part of the session; the rest of the time you are breathing as you normally would.

What do I do during a session?

You’ll be laying down during most of the session in a comfortable position with blankets and pillows. You will be completely guided as to what to do, but it includes relaxing and at times, gentle deep breathing.

Is this breathwork safe?

Yes, SOLignment® Breath is very gentle and safe. Please let me know if you have any health issues or contraindications you wish to discuss before the session. SOLignment® Breath Process is safe during pregnancy; it is recommended to stay with a gentle breath the entire time.

What should I wear? What should I bring?

You can wear any clothes that are comfortable to you. (This is not a physical activity like yoga.) Bring water, a journal, and anything else to aid in your comfort during the session, such as a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, an eye mask. (I like to bring cozy socks because my feet tend to get cold!)


How long is a session?

Individual sessions are typically 1.5 hours depending on the needs of the client. Introductory Breakthough Workshops are typically 3 hours in length.
