Hi! I’m Sarah!
I help busy women overwhelmed by their to-do lists get back their time, energy, and joy through somatic coaching and customized self-care habits. As a recovering high-achieving perfectionist and former corporate Human Resources professional, I’ve spent my life studying the concepts of work/life balance and productivity -- yes, I AM that person that geeks out over planners for HOURS.
I know you because I was you. I was ALWAYS busy; there was so much to do and too often I didn’t take time for myself. I thought if I could just work harder/faster/smarter - or schedule my day to the minute - it would relieve the stress, anxiety, and overwhelm I felt to accomplish everything and that I’d finally have time to enjoy life.

Step three:
On our call, we’ll review your application, and see if we’re a fit to work together. This is a no-pressure call and I truly just want to help you out - you’ll probably get some good insights in just 30 minutes together!
If we’re not a fit, I can guide you to other resources I think could help you. If we are a fit, we’ll discuss my program in more detail, I’ll take your payment over the phone, and get you signed up!

Common questions:
I’m already so busy and overwhelmed, what if I don’t have time for this right now?
I get that… who needs one more thing added to their plate?!?!? My goal is to completely reframe how you use your time, so that you don’t feel busy or overwhelmed anymore. My clients actually feel like they have so much MORE time after working with me.
What can I expect in our coaching sessions?
Our phone calls are without video so you can focus on deeply relaxing. I encourage you to get comfortable in a quiet, undisturbed place.
We start by checking in to see what challenges have been coming up for you, then utilize meditation and breathwork to connect deeply to your body, intuition, and subconscious, and “turn off” your busy mind. It’s from this place that we can address your challenges (utilizing somatic coaching) that brings new insights, rewires thought patterns, and heals stuck problems in an effortless, quick, and lasting way. You will feel very calm, safe, and relaxed during the call - and probably have lots of energy and inspiration afterwards!
How does the unlimited messaging work?
Unlimited direct messaging is offered through a free app, What’s App, which utilizes voice or text messaging. It keeps your transformation going between coaching calls with the ability to ask me questions, celebrate wins, or when you need motivation to stick to your goals! I respond within 24 hours, during business hours (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm MST).
I’ve literally tried all the things, why should I feel confident this will work for me?
I tried all the things too… until this is what finally worked for me. I was trying to out-think my problems with my brain, but when I tapped into my body through breathwork and embodied/somatic coaching, it was like I tapped into a whole new source of wisdom; one that quietly lies within you, but we haven’t been able to “hear” it because of what we learned as kids, our busy and distracted lives, and just our culture in general. I teach you exactly how to finally calm your mind and listen to your body for a whole new set of answers that are truly life changing!
I work full-time, will I be able to fit this program into my life?
I’ve designed the program to fit into busy schedules - coaching calls are only 90 minutes twice per month - and everything else is at your own discretion. Think about it this way: Can you afford to NOT carve out this time for yourself? What will continue in your life if you don’t take this time?
